Weekly Meditation

Meditation can be truly life changing, the benefits are tenfold and practiced daily, it has the potential to rewire the brain. Learn to focus your attention, bring awareness to your mind and improve your ability to cope with stress and anxiety. It is not only for those on a spiritual path, everyone can benefit from this practice and gain a better understanding of themselves and others.

We have four Friday night sessions on rotation across the month.

A chance to unplug your mind from the working week, find a moment of stillness, take a breath and enter into the weekend in a relaxed state of mind, enabling you to truly make the most of your time.
