Wellbeing Courses
Throughout the year we run several FREE courses that speak to specific aspects of creating good mental wellbeing. These courses are all designed to equip you with a better understanding of how each area might affect your wellbeing and to provide you with a toolkit of actions that can best support you in creating good habits and managing your emotions.

All courses run intermittently throughout the year and are dependent on funding. This page will be updated with course dates and how to book.

Grief. It’s the club nobody wants to join, but once somebody you care about dies, you’re in the club no matter what.
It’s my mission to help you to discover that grief and love can walk together side by side, that we can talk about death and lean into all its sadness, and create something beautiful at the same time.
Each week, they’ll be a different activity to try. Each activity will be an introduction to how you can explore your grief in a creative way, as well as create a continued bond with your loved one.

Introducing our new Spacious Garden Retreats, available on Friday afternoons between 3pm and 5.30pm.
We are opening these naturally held, flexible, quiet spaces for you to relax, reflect and contemplate from one of our peaceful garden rooms.
Chat to us about your needs on booking, so we can discuss a co-created meditation, practice, prompt or focus together on arrival. There'll be an opportunity to check-in along the way, if you wish, and a chance to reflect to conclude your visit. We encourage this time to be technology-free, to enhance your experience.
These afternoon retreats are offered for a self-selected scale of between £20 and £40, with all proceeds supporting Elephant Rooms and all that we offer. Please talk to us about concessions if you feel that you would benefit from these spaces, as we don't want finances to be a barrier.

This course will provide you with a collection of mind-body-spirit practices that will awaken and empower you. Tapping, finger holds, Tai Chi and more are all effective techniques that can help relieve stress, anxiety and pain, allowing you to achieve a sense of peace and equilibrium when you most need it.

Each day will only ever be as good as the previous night's sleep, so it’s important to learn how to cultivate optimal conditions for the perfect night of rest. This course will cover awareness, breathing, the body and self care, so that you can preserve and protect your mental and physical health and in turn, improve your quality of life.
“We are hard-wired to connect with others, it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it there is suffering.”
