Throughout the year we run several FREE courses that speak to specific aspects of creating good mental wellbeing. These courses are all designed to equip you with a better understanding of how each area might affect your wellbeing and to provide you with a toolkit of actions that can best support you in creating good habits and managing your emotions.

Here what we have going on and a taster of the type of thing you can expect from our Wellbeing Courses.

  • We all face challenging situations but we can learn to overcome them and find a sense of being in control. This course will provide you with a collection of mind-body-spirit practices that will awaken and empower you. Tapping, finger holds, Tai Chi and more are all effective techniques that can help relieve stress, anxiety and pain, allowing you to achieve a sense of peace and equilibrium when you most need it.

  • Each day will only ever be as good as the previous night's sleep, so it’s important to learn how to cultivate optimal conditions for the perfect night of rest. This course will cover awareness, breathing, the body and self care, so that you can preserve and protect your mental and physical health and in turn, improve your quality of life.
